One thing about being a cake maker is learning to have extra cake ingredients in the cupboard all the time lol..
On Wednesday I got an email saying - 'I don't suppose I could have cupcakes for Friday???'
Now as luck would have it I had the Olly cakes to make on Thursday so an extra 25 cupcakes was a breeze lol...and here they are!!
Simple but pretty..
