A sunny day????

To be honest it is quite sunny here.... Just freezing cold lol...

My family and friends know me and know I cannot cope wearing a coat or shoes/boots/trainers... so I have been wearing flitflops this week lol....and I have been and got lots of pairs of cropped trousers which I will be wearing in the next week or so.... sun or not lol..

So to brighten myself up (or should that be warm myself lol) I made a summery card today

Hi all

I hope you are well..

We are so emotional today as it was a year today that we met Belle for the first time...

Gosh I remember how nervous we were. We parked outside the foster home for 20 odd minutes before we could go in... then when we did we were met by these amazing blue eyes and HUGE smile!!! 

That was it she was my Princess lol..

So Easter... I can't decide weather I like the chocolate or hot cross buns the most lol.. There is something about a lightly toasted hcb smothered in butter... yummy lol..

Well good morning crafty friends.. I hope you are well today..

I am looking forward to tonight and the weekend as it is my MIL's 70th Birthday on Sunday so we are going for a meal tonight at a wonderful Chinese restaurant mmmm.. then she is having a little tea party on Sunday for all the kids!! Such fun!!

Well... I have a cute little tale for you this morning..

We decided that we would try Belle in a 'big girl bed'. So night one (Monday) she literally went straight to sleep. In the morning she was so proud of herself lol.. very cute... So night two we popped her in bed... and she went quiet again... bingo - or so we thought... I popped up just to check and there she was sat on her Minnie chair whispering twinkle twinkle little star to herself lol.. when she saw me she just covered her mouth chuckling saying 'silly belle' lol.. I told her it was time for sleep and she just got up and went straight to sleep lol... 

I love that even at 21 months she has figured out if she whispers we can't hear her on the baby monitor lol...

Yep the adverts have all started and even though she is only 19 months every time a toy comes on telly we get a HUGE ' WOW' from Belle lol...

 Gosh and with her curly blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes she is gonna get spoilt rotten. Not that that is a problem - she is my angel, and is becoming a minnie me lol... it's hard to believe she has only been with us 8 months. I don't remember her not being here lol..

Good morning all..

I hope you are having a fabby time... I am shattered lol... my niece has been here so we have been having fun days everyday lol.. Today we are off to a country park and tomorrow Cadbury Land..then she is going home on Saturday!! It's gonna be very quiet and Belle is really gonna miss her after 2 weeks together lol!!
